This premium fabric Racing Seat combines adjustability with top of the line luxurious materials to deliver a relaxed and comfortable driving experience.
The ultra-soft fabric upholstery is plush yet hard wearing and wraps elegantly around a solid steel frame construction and supportive cold moulded foam cushioning. Designed for everyday use, the RS12 is resistant against water, dirt and oils and can reliably endure long periods of use for years to come.
The RS12 comes with seat sliders and has a recline function which makes it easy to find your perfect racing position. Also included is a durable memory foam lumbar support cushion to provide maximum comfort and ergonomic support.
As well as the main fabric line, the RS12 is available in a mixed material Carbon edition which boasts our signature reinforced PVC upholstery with a comfortable velour seating area.
As with all GT Omega Racing Seats, the RS12 can be mounted to all GT Omega cockpits and the Rear seat frame for our wheel stands.

I love the whole setup, the fact that the wheel stand I was gifted over years ago can still be upgraded and supported makes it stand above others, the customer service was great and nothing was too much. I asked for extra bolts as the wheel stand I had was missing the hand tight bolts and they were put in without any hassle. I'd highly recommend GT omega. Reasonable pricing for outstanding quality and support.
I started my sim racing journey last October, initially setting up on a Playseat Challenge. Don't get me wrong, the Playseat is a noble gateway drug, but after a few months, I felt like I was trying to hit apexes while strapped into a glorified, vibrating deckchair. Every heavy braking zone felt like an unfolding origami experiment. Upgrading to the GT Omega Prime Lite has been an absolute revelation. This thing is built like a tank. It’s a solid piece of aluminium profile engineering that has completely eliminated the flex I used to just accept as part of life. There is zero creaking, zero wobbling, and it completely handles proper force feedback without breaking a sweat. It honestly feels like it could survive a nuclear blast, or at least a catastrophic T1 pile-up at Monza. The RS12 seat is a massive step up. With my old seat, anything past a 30-minute stint meant I needed a crane and a chiropractor to get out of it. The RS12 actually supports your back, looks proper sharp, and keeps you securely planted when you're fighting for traction. If you are still racing on a wheel stand or a foldable rig and wondering if a proper profile cockpit is worth the coin—stop overthinking it. The Prime Lite is the perfect sweet spot of footprint, absolute sturdiness, and value. I went from feeling like I was driving a camping accessory to feeling like I’m sitting in a genuine race car. 10/10, highly recommended.

I bought a few items from GT Omega as just started to really get into sim racing. The price seemed reasonable, but I've only had it around 5 months now and the seat now has a rip in it where the stitching is. You'd expect for the price of the seat, that it would be pretty durable. I was eyeing up eventually upgrading to the prime rig, but if this is the kind of quality we are paying for, I'll give that a miss. Sadly wont be recommending this to anyone

Great seat, great value for money and comfortable. After deciding to buy the prime lite rig I thought it’s only right I upgrade the seat to. The past few years I have used a car seat from a ford focus. The seat looks the part and has lots of adjustment. My only gripe is I could not really find any decent instruction on how to fit it. To the tracks. It was just a little bit fiddly and I’m sure I might have mount them the wrong way round. However it works its solid and is really comfortable. Happy with my purchase.
Very nice seat, quality of material looks very good. Large enough for me and comfortable (191 cm height, 100 kg). Took about 1 hr to attach the sliders on bottom because I could not find the manual for it on the website and did not put 4 extension spacers (the manual on webpage of seat shows only how to attach seat back to seat base). It's better to add manual for this to every seat webpage or even short video of how to assemble.
I’m a repeat customer to GT Omega. Can’t praise their products enough. I had the RS9 seat before and decided to upgrade to the RS12. What a seat and it is very comfortable. Love the material and the all round feel of the seat. Next in my list is to upgrade from the ART cockpit to a Prime cockpit. The shipping to delivery was fast. Great products and great company. 2nd GT ART rig and they amazing solid bases, 1st still going strong 2nd is for my son. With 2nd got the rs12 seat and slider which was complicated to assemble but because there was no instructions and the guides online are not great help/clear but still recommend them for there quality of rig (had playseat before and 2 broke in 11months as the weak and flimsy)
Bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift, and I’m officially jealous 😏 The RS12 is pure luxury - the material feels incredible, soft but sturdy, like it’s built to last a lifetime. He’s mounted it on his Apex with his force-feedback setup, and I have to say…he doesn’t want to leave it. He keeps going on about how his racing and flying skills have improved - I think the seat might be doing half the work! It’s comfortable, elegant, and perfectly suited for a taller frame. Honestly, I knew it would be a great gift, but seeing him this happy? Absolutely worth every penny ❤️

So currently I can’t assemble the seat as the2 sliders for the chair are bolted too tight, had help with customer service but the problem is still not resolved, the chair it’s self is fantastic apart from that one minor detail.

Great quality feeling chair, chosen because the only non-bucket cloth rather than PU.
The seat feels good quality, sliding adjustment and angle adjustment are crutial to find comfort on a first time build and multi person use. It suprised me it also comes with everything so you can use it also as an office chair. I was missing the instructions on how to attach the sliding bracket so it so it took me 40min to fuigure it out :)
Extremely comfortable seat.I suffer with a back injury si comfort is key and I can't complain about this seat.10 out of 10.Only problem was working out the seat slider but after that I've loved it.Highly recommend

The seat is very comfortable, even for sitting in outside of gaming sessions, and the materials feel high quality. However, there is little to no space to tighten the rails underneath, making it hard to use any tool and forcing me to tighten them by hand. Also, while the material is nice, it can get quite warm after sitting for a while. Overall, still a product I would recommend.
Very good looking and massively comfortable sim seat. High quality materials and easy to assemble and easy to fit in sim rig. Now i want to spend more hours in a rig compared to my old and cheap seat. Highly recommend that seat for tall and broad person

This is absolutely fantastic equipment. Very comfortable, wonderfully made, big impression right out of the box. One small defect that affected assembly. I may have missed something, but it looks like the slide under the seat did not have enough adjustment range. That's why there were problems with assembly to the frame. In any case, it was not as easy as the instructions show. But with a little effort it worked.

Great chair! Absolutely what I needed to add on to my already incredible ART cockpit from GT Omega also. Makes gameplay over long hours so much easier and more comfortable! Can really get those long streams in now with this chair!
Seat is extremeley comfortable, however ther is to much wobble for my liking, i owned the rs6 also and there was almost nothing... And the seat came not quite muntet right, its nit straight on the position where you can change position...
I ordered the RS 12 seat, along with the rear frame for my APEX wheel stand. The seat is great, and was easy to install. As with all reclining seats, there is a little flex in the back rest, but nothing that effects my breaking ability. There's no movement whatsoever from the rails. I personally don't use the lumbar support pillow, but it's nice that it is included.
Custom design/build of an old Racing Simulator cockpit, built out of 40x40 and 40x80 extrusion, widened by 45cm and offset to the left, allowing for Helicopter, GA and airbus jets to be flown in a flight simulator. Monitor is on an extension arm, so can be moved to any position. Just awaiting delivery of force feedback yoke before all other equipment is fitted.
