Shipping Times and locations
We use UPS to send all of our EU orders.
Orders have a transit time of 3-14 business days. Shipping times do vary based on location and courier availability.
GT Omega only has the capacity to ship orders to residential and commercial addresses in the EU.
We cannot currently ship to the following locations:
Cyprus, Turkey, Ukraine and Madeira in Portugal.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. We offer ROUTE Shipping Protection at checkout to give you added peace of mind if something goes wrong during delivery.
If you purchased ROUTE Shipping Protection and are experiencing an issue with your shipment , such as loss, damage, or theft, you must contact Route directly as your first step.

Q. What are the advantages of a Fabric Gaming Chair?
A. There are a few key benefits of using a fabric gaming chair over a leather gaming chair. Fabric gaming chairs are much more breathable than their leather counterparts. The material has lots of small holes throughout which allows air to flow through it. This makes Fabric chairs a fantastic choice for climates which are either regularly warm or cool as they allow for more reliable air flow and are always soft and comfortable to the touch. Additionally, Fabric gaming chairs are much more economical in their production which means there is less of an impact on the environment during production.
Q. Are Fabric Gaming chairs comfortable?
A. Due to the nature of the material, fabric gaming chairs are naturally softer than leather gaming chairs. Coupled with the breathability of the material it’s easy to find a comfortable seating position no matter how hot or cold the room is.
Q. Why doesn’t the ZEPHYR Series have a headrest cushion?
A. The GT Omega ZEPHYR series has additional built-in cushioning on the headrest of the chair to help support you and keep you comfortable while you work or play.
Q. Is the ZEPHYR Series easy to maintain?
A. Keeping your ZEPHYR clean and tidy is easy. You can wipe down the surface with a damp cloth and even vacuum your chair to help remove any dust or hairs from your pets. As with all fabric gaming chairs, a little more care should be taken with your use of the chair. As the material is naturally absorbent and breathable it’s important that you avoid spilling anything which may stain the fabric on it as they could be more difficult to remove.
Q. Will there be more colours available in future?
A. With Fabric gaming chairs it’s easier to source and create a wider range of colours. If there’s something you would like to see that isn’t available currently then please let us know at SupportUK@gtomega.com and we can see what we can do!
