Description
The GT Omega PRIME Seat Adjustment Frame is designed to give you maximum control of your seating position.
With our 3 point range of motion, the Seat Adjustment plate brings a completely new level of adjustability to our Prime cockpit range. Using our newly developed adjustment system with, it’s easy to adjust height, angle and seat distance before locking it all into place.
Constructed from robust carbon steel and aluminium, this frame provides a sturdy foundation for precise adjustments while maintaining stability, catering to drivers of all heights. The GT Omega Prime Seat Adjustment Frame delivers unparalleled performance and versatility.
I love the seat adjustment base frame, it does exactly what i wa ted it to do.
My only criticism were the instructions. They could be improved a little bit though as foolishly i initially installed the seat base with the original two pieces of 40x40mm aluminium extrusion (supplied with the main prime rig) still attached to the underside of the seat. This is how the seat was originally attached to my prime rig before the seat adjustment was fitted. These two 40x40mm extrusion pieces aren't required with the seat adjustment.
Once again you send the wrong sized T-nuts. Seriously, this is a real QA issue and I have not yet received a single item from you that was not either missing pieces or had the wrong pieces entirely.
I was expecting higher quality from a "premium" brand such as yours - bad call by me, and I will absolutely not be recommending any GT Omega product to any of my friends.
This is causing me to have to go back and forth to the hardware store to try and find t-nuts, or thinking up my own solutions to work around your incompetence and lack of care for your products.
Consider this my last ever purchase from you.
I have the Prime Rig with the RS XL seat and was generally satisfied with it. At 2 meters tall, I fit well in the rig, but the flat seat always put a lot of strain on my lower back. With the Seat Adjustment Frame, that's a thing of the past. The backward-tilting angle distributes the load across my entire back. The quality is also excellent. At 2 meters tall, I put 125 kg in the rig. The frame is absolutely stable. No wobbling, cracking, or creaking.
I highly recommend it!
I bought this for use with the XL RS Simulator Seat V2 and the Prime rig. The Prime adjustment frame allows me to tilt back the seat which isn't normally possible for the above model as it is not a bucket seat.
Unlike many others, I retro-fitted this onto the existing rig, as opposed to building it with the rig.
Switching over to the new adjustment frame was remarkably easy - though you need to be creative when doing it on your own!
What I would say, is don't follow the instructions! It is far easier to build the adjustment frame and then bolt that to the bottom of the seat first. This way , you can turn the seat upside down to get access to the bolts. Once that bit is done, mounting it to the rig is very easy.
In fact, it took me longer to re-adjust the rest of the rig to take into account the new geometry than it did to actually fit the adjustment frame.
Worth every penny. My rig is now so much more comfortable (not that it was bad before) and this frame allows for a quick and simple adjustment using two handles - one at the back and one at the front.
Thoroughly recommended!

Thanks for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback! It's crazy how much of a difference even a little bit of extra adjustment can make to the comfort and performance of your rig.
Was waiting for an adjustable plate for the seat before I upgraded from an old bimmer seat I got from the scrapyard (liked the adjustability).
The plate is is exactly what you need it to be and also really good for mounting bass shakers directly underneath. If you look at my pic you can see I have bass shakers at each corner but what you dont see is the 5th directly mounted under the pedal plate and the 6th directly under the seat plate.
This new adjustment plate allows me to switch between a regular seating position and my reclined gt driving position (along with the seat sliders that came with my seat). I can switch positions under a minute. I obviously had to change my steering wheel location to accommodate it but when I did the results were glorious! The only qualm I have with this is the sides of the unit scratch easy when changing positions. Other than that it is worth it. I did get the version with the four holes per side before the gt omega changed it.
GT Omega was sold out of the XL RS racing seat but I had a GT Omega XL RS gaming chair that hasn't been used since I got addicted to sim racing. I wanted to use it as as a racing seat for my 80x40 profile rig because my RS-9 is not growing at the same rate that I am. So, I removed the chair base and installed a GT Omega Prime Seat Adjustment Frame along with a Trak Racer Universal Seat Bracket and the sliders from my GT Omega RS-9 (that were on my GT Omega Apex wheel stand with the Apex Rear Sear frame) . It now tilts, slides, reclines, and massages since I added the bass shakers!

Excellent product providing ultra quick seat base adjustment if required, or just an improved angle to the seat base that the standard rails don't provide.
Quality heavy duty components with an excellent finish.
I'd been fiddling with my rig & decided this item fitted the bill, the rig was out of action until the adjustable seat frame arrived. The guys at GT dispatched the same day as ordered.
Great service. Great item.
The seat adjustment frame is great does exactly what I needed and made the rig more user friendly and comfortable. Next on my purchase list is the peddle mount.
This is poorly designed and very difficult to mount a bucket seat onto. The bucket seat brackets don’t fit when adjusted the angle of the seat. There is a metal panel underneath that covers the holes for screws so is very difficult to attach. I had to use some aluminium profile and corner brackets to make my own way to attach Sparco spring L bucket seat. Seat sliders don’t work well with it attached to product. Very poorly designed. Needs reworked. Buyer beware.

Thanks.
Super easy and quick adjustments would just like maybe one more hole for extra recline
Thick metal construction, easy to put together. Make sure you have your weetabix before building, the seat frame is heavy!
Only thing to be careful of is if you use a seat slider, your fingers can get caught between the seat and the frame. Perfect add on whether you want to have a GT seat position or more F1 style.
Seat adjustment tray is great other than the pins which hold it in place.. the slots which they go through on the side of the seat base (ones with the colours on GT/F1 positions) could do with being a few mm bigger as my pins wouldn't fully go through without a fair bit of force meaning the first time I sat in my chair it fell down as the pins slipped out only partially in. Not sure if it was just mine but worth checking manufacturer so it doesn't happen to others. Otherwise top class product and service from GT Omega from a regular customer.

If you get a chance before the big day be sure to open the box and just double check everything is present and accounted for. Avoid any last minute Christmas issues.
Speaking from experience on this one. I had a Lego mishap a few years ago!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences with GT Omega, excellent product and good after sales support
Bought seat adjustment to raise chair up and also to try different racing styles and positions, excellent piece of equipment very solid and easy to assemble, I fitted mine to the prime lite and now makes my set up look much better, excellent company and will certainly have no problem ordering from them again.
Great product really happy with it. Easy to assemble and fit to my prime lite, very sturdy and adjusting the angle of the seat is very easy and quick. My seat is now far more comfortable I have been able to angle it back like a GT car which has also made the angle of my legs better for my pedals. Highly recommend. Delivered within two days and all packaged great with plenty of spare nuts and bolts.
