Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, order contents, quantity, and delivery location.

Shipping rates are always clearly displayed at checkout before payment and may vary depending on the items in your order.
Please note that offshore locations will incur an additional surcharge of £80 for large items and orders.
Digital purchases, such as GT Omega Gift Cards, have no shipping costs.
Shipping Times
We use FedEx, Parcel Force, UPS, DX Delivery and Royal Mail to send all of our UK orders.
Orders have a transit time of 1-5 business days. Shipping times do vary due to location.
Returns
At GT Omega, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer 14-day returns on products bought from our store.
This excludes Clearance Items which are not eligible to be returned.

Warranty
GT Omega stands by its products, and even though our chairs, cockpits and accessories are more robust than anything else on the market, problems can occur. Therefore GT Omega grants 18 months of manufacturer’s warranty for our chairs, simulator cockpits and desks starting from the day of delivery. Please note that our Clothing and Backpacks and Other Merchandise carry a 30 Day Warranty.
